This school does not follow the Preventing and tackling bullying guidelines from the Deparment of Education England (which are available for the public online). The Headteacher is a unexperienced, and untrained person with regard to this topic and which is worse lacks of wisdom while it comes to bullying.
These guidelines give advice for headteachers, staff and governing bodies on how to tackle bullying but clearly this headmaster and the teachers don't know about them especially the headteacher.
