Disgusting staff and school

Would give zero if I could, staff abrupt and often rude, no sensitivity to a parent with asd, teachers upset when questioned about the work, pcs teacher kept messing up appointments, lacking good teachers with experience in the vast majority of classes, very questionable male pe teacher that head of school does nothing about, even when reports of him entering female changing rooms when students are in changing, the school is in need of a full rebuild as it is not fit for purpose, the school meals are not fit to feed to livestock letalone students, this school imo needs to be closed for good for the future benefit of student learning going forward

Overall description of Arbroath Academy

Great learning opportunities and amazing teachers although they take no nonsense. Food could be better since they changed the menu but also have wraps and baguettes available with various fillings. The other students could be better but many people are nice the S1s and 2s are nice to he around and the S6s are very helpful if if we’re asked a question the staff try hard as they can to help against bully’s although I have had bad experience with that but it was not the schools fault but the person now that she left the school has been a much better place for all

Sucks

The support is decent, education in ok, don’t let kids wear cropped clothing unless they are in base

Arbroath Academy is hell on earth.

Arbroath Academy is truly the worst school there is. Over the course of my years here Ive experienced poor education, countless amounts of bullying which usually results in fights, terrible hygiene practices and even more so during the COVID-19 pandemic, and horrible care and treatment from the pupil care and support team. This school has left me with suicidal thoughts and depression. They have done nothing to help me throughout my bullying, nor did they offer me any helpful support during exam times. I hope the teachers are ashamed of themselves.

Dont go to this school!!!

The school is utter crap
the sinks are just holes in the walls most teachers cant teach and people who are being bullied are just told to ignore it

Would rather go to Azkaban

Teachers were horrible. Food was horrible, couldn't even follow simple hygiene rules such as cleaning the panini press. No help for kids getting bullied, they get thrown to the wolves. Old career adviser would tell EVERYONE to be a joiner no matter what their interests were. School tries to sweep everything under the rug, if the public can't see it they pretend it doesn't exist.

Good But Bad

well at arboath academy its alright I guess. One thing I hate is the amount of fights that happen and bullying.
