Very bad
It’s shit most the teachers are horrible toilets are disgusting they can’t keep kids in lesson they say r5 means exclusion but they say just go in isolation! When r1 is warning r2 is a negative r3 is meant to be detention r4 is meant to be isolation and r5 is supposed to be exclusion but the teachers tell people to shut up and all sorts and a lot of the teachers have got done for things I would not recommend also because if u want to go and learn then that won’t be happening because how many ppl fight and disturb and supply just let them go on their phones and all sorts DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL

This school is appalling at sorting any problems especially with bullying we have been told they would do anything until it turns physical 3 years later the same kids are still bullying but now started touching him inappropriate takes days for any contact then the bully will be given a couple of days holiday and allowed to carry on they CAN NOT KEEP CHICKEN SAFE
Thus school is not the best it could do better.
This school does not care about students mental health I go to well being at my school and all they say is for me to sit down for 10 minutes. They do not come over to talk to you or ask how your doing or what's going on to make you feel this way. There are subs for teachers and they don't do anything most of the subs let you go on your phone and go on there phones themselves. They care more about our uniform then our wellbeing and learning
Not great
I have some issues with the school like the toilets, they are horrendous I’ve never seen such destruction in a toilet there’s light pulled out the ceiling, no locks on a lot of doors, no toilet roll in quite a lot of them, people booting them in whilst others are in there it’s disgusting. The communication with most the teachers is horrific, calling and calling and calling the school when they finally answer you tell them the problem then they say they will resolve the problem but nothing is done! Bullying and certain words especially the n word is out of hand and I’m not happy about the change of lunch and break times as yr 11s break is after period 1 and that’s too soon. There are some positives, quite a few teachers are good, but still that school is not amazing and it’s draining to be in and I'm sure most the teachers feel that way too but won’t say that as that’s their job I’’m sure they don’t even want to be there. I cannot wait to get out of there.

It wasn’t the worst if I have to be honest however they do not handle bullying and racism well and the n word and the p word is always said around and don’t do anything about it.Some teachers are nice and helpful and it wasn’t the worst however I would tackle the racism issue so
Poor Bullying Policy
When I was at this school I was bullied really badly. It was a police matter in the end because they just wouldn’t leave me alone. The school refused to do anything to discipline the bully, and they of course continued targeting me and a number of other vulnerable people. I ended up having to go to therapy and my parents had to consider going to the board of education due to the school not taking any action apart from telling the bully to “please stop” (which they didn’t, no further action was taken). They encouraged me and my friends to stay indoors to avoid the bully, but did not put any restrictions on the bully themselves as they wanted to avoid the problem. This school did not care about my well-being whilst I was attending in the slightest, the teacher in charge of the bullying problem even told my bully I was “anorexic”(she had no business sharing this) which gave the bully even more things to target me with, it was absolutely vile. I was so glad when I left.
I would recommend
Since the head teacher has changed, it’s been amazing. However in cold weather you are not allowed to were coats and/or hoodies. The education is good, this could be good but you don’t get much homework. During this difficult time they aren’t doing zoom classes so you don’t get to learn properly. The teachers have favourite pupils and treat everyone differently. This school is for both females and males. There are a lot of subjects that other schools don’t have such as; their own hair and beauty salons, and have a dance curriculum for anyone interested in that area.
