Also the bulie the children of the phone to family members . They stand over they the children & record calls to family members which is why I record calls while spking to them . They start drama & & upset kids & use that as an excuse to use body control & to strap them & control & use a spit match on 12yrs old . I advise every parent to ask questions even tho they try not to answer . Your child's life depends on these unqualified staff members . & what if a child dies its only a kid to them
