DO NOT GO. Please if you want your child to get a valuable education and learn, then I beg of you to realise paying extra for travel to attend a school further away from your house is so worth it. The mental health support all throughout my time there was absolutely shocking with conversations with support teachers leading to nothing, Every class full of disruption and slow learning, also IF YOUR CHILD IS CREATIVE THIS IS NOT THE SCHOOL. The creative arts departments are the most underfunded with fairs the art department gets some opportunities, but with 2 music classrooms and one small lecture theatre and drama classroom, there is basically no proper standard of excelling in the subjects nor opportunity. The “best” part of the school is the few IT departments, with business students getting the “best” out of the school and better learning and experience. It’s still not a good place though with the reputation. Year after year I attended countless assemblies on stopping fighting and more uniform and attendance and behaviour problems, you really can’t fix it. I could have walked into the school halfway through the school day in a t-shirt and leggings, holding fast food and a drink, and no one would bat an eye. The website makes it seem better than the place is unfortunately. I hope someone reading this would take my advice and choose a better school found through online rankings and more reviews, because as a learner all I could have ever wanted was to feel prepared for university and knowledgeable and I flat out don’t know enough.

honestly it was a good school at first but teachers end up showing their true colours and preach about mental health yet don't help with it at all by screaming at you ect which if you are someone who struggles with mental health you would know yourself that it doesn't help the school is okay it's just the teachers that need help to understand students.
