At this school I was expelled for allegedly being under the possession of drugs until they caught a pupil, over the age of 16, with drugs on him. This student was not expelled and instead stayed in the school as it was "close to exams". Although when I wad expelled we were also close to exams. This decision made by the headmaster has greatly stunted my education and had set me back quite a lot. Food was always horrible, aside from the paninis and flapjacks. There were nearly 2 nice teachers, one of which was fired as they didnt want to pay him. This is only a good school if your child is popular, otherwise they wont be treated well at all. They are also teach all the top sets in welsh disregarding any English speakers.
Absolutely disgusting school, my daughter was subject to bullying and they did nothing about it, I've now removed from this poor excuse for an education establishment, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD THERE
The most xenophobic driven school on the island and probably the country. full of English hating staff and pupils. Hate for the English disguised as Welsh pride is the underlying tone. Horrible school, Horrible memories. DONT COME HERE IF YOU ARE ENGLISH! Nasty place
This school treats all students like a prisoner or a statistic rather than a person. The school meals are overpriced and they give small portions. For example one person bought wedges and a sausage because of an intolerance for beans. They recieved the standard 7 wedges which were 3 quarters of an inch at best. That's not even mentioning how some staff treat pupils since they punish you if you get bullied, try to expel you if you go to the local village shop however say nothing to the pupils blackmailing people to do drugs. There are a couple nice teachers however they are few and far between. Another key issue is that this school advertises as bilingual however it is possible to be punished for speaking English to certain teachers which is a basic human right they are violating.
