ABC Day Nursery (Tiptree) Ltd

We paid a deposit a year in advance did 3 visits in that time even took our children there to visit a month before starting. 2 weeks before we called up to book in settling in days to be told actually you may not be able to start now……. As you can imagine we were absolutely horrified at this. My wife due to go back to work and came down the stairs in floods of tears. The worry and anxiety this place caused was diabolical not calls no emails we had to chase everything. And had we not called it may have gotten to the last point and then we would have been turned down at the door.

Please also note that we signed a contract! No where in that contract says they can pull out a week before. We are considering legal proceedings.
