Terrible School.
There are a number of issues at this school, coming from a former student. I left in 2023, and from the get go, 99% of the staff are horrific. There is a huge amount of safeguarding issues, female teachers blowing kisses at male students, allowing physical violence to go unpunished, allowing sexual violence to go unpunished and more. My first hand experiences include favouritism, especially regarding males/female teachers. Teachers will single out students, pick on them, bully them, ignore them....

Below average, Do Better!.
This school doesn't care for its pupils, For a Catholic school that states it stands for love, peace and unity is far from the truth. There is a very small percentage of nice pupils the rest are nasty!. Same goes for the teachers. Bully is rife and the victims of this abuse has two decisions to make, 1, tell a teacher, who then will pull said Bully and tell them x,y,z has come to me and said your bullying them. They deny this and the teacher let's them off. This bully then goes and tells their mates who then all gang up on the child who has made the complaint. 2, do nothing about the bullying, keep it to yourself and hope they get bored, at lest its only one and not 5 of them. That is how the children feel about this situation. The teachers abuse their power with their respect cards.. if used properly this would be a great idea, however they abuse this. They write your child up for things that aren't even on the card. They want your child to think the way they do, God forbid they have their own opinion on a subject they are learning. They dont like your child to be thinking outside of the box so to speak. I watched my children decline, they went from happy go lucky A/B students to unhappy, depressed, grades slipping, anxious all the time. Thats when I pulled them out.

An honest view into what life there is like from a former student
I went to this school a year ago now I think and boy oh boy am I glad I never have to go back. To start it off the student there are so misbehaved and teachers let them get away with it because “there struggling at home” or “are struggling mentally” but as soon as it comes to your own mental health then suddenly it doesn’t matter and your in the wrong, last time I checked that doesn’t make any bloody sense does it? Not only that but when it comes to bullying or students harassing others both in...

Don't send your kids here.
I will never recommend this school to anyone. I refused to go in when I was october of my year 10 in 2018 after one of the teachers turned the mock exams and GCSE'S into a competition with another teacher and class and a few other things Pressure got so bad I ended up threatening to kill myself if my parents sent me in. My parents had a meeting with the headteacher two days later, only to have them threaten to fine my parents and report them to the school district if I did not come in. Obviously they did not force me in and after only 3 days off, they called the school district head and someone came over to the house. The person who came was baffled as to why they had called them as it was clear I was serious and that it had only been 3 days. We felt relieved to have someone on our side and she fought with us. The headteacher was nasty and was not understanding about my mental health. For the first two months, the school sent work home for me which I would do at my mom's workplace. However, that all changed after the new year and they refused to send me anything home. As I was a good pupil who did not cause any problems, a few teachers who had me since the beginning knew things were bad if I was refusing to come in, had offered to come and tutor me in their own time for free. I will be forever grateful for them but the sight of them made me have panic attacks, which became a regular thing. After about 6 months of no work or support, I got diagnosed with severe anxiety from school and autism, aswell as PTSD and depression caused from school. I can't even look at the school or be out at the time school comes out because it causes me too much stress. Again, the school was no help at all, and the school district was forced to step in and got me in a smaller school for people who struggle in big schools and a place called citywall. All hallows was forced to pay for citywall which accosted them about £150,000 + a year which I stayed for 6 years, which might I add is karma. If I have kids, I will never send them to a school like this.

My time at All Hallows
Overall, my time at All Hallows was very mediocre. Granted it’s better than most schools in Salford and it is great for education (mostly). However, there is problems that can’t be ignored. Firstly, certain teachers act like control freaks and act as if they are above their students. This does not apply to most teachers but most are more lenient with the rules to the students that don’t behave well. Secondly, there is some issues with the bullying in the school, the staff tell students to tell someone but most of the time this will not solve a problem and often it worsens the situation. Also, when students deal with this by themselves, they are wrongly disciplined. Thirdly, inside the building is cramped and many students feel overwhelmed by the little space they have to move around the building. The outdoor environment is nowhere near bad. However, the equipment on the MUGA is very limited. A way to stop this is by possibly giving the students more footballs, basketball, etc. Finally, the canteen area is very low quality, food often being undercooked or watery, this has been a problem that has been discussed many of times with little improvement.

Bad review about everything
I use to go to this school it’s a DISGRACE you can’t go toilet when you need it once one of my peers needed a toilet the teacher said no my peer said he was going to Pee on the floor and the teach still said no and he ended up peeing on the floor which was not very hygienic but all because of the teacher you can’t use toilets during class at dinner you have to wait 30 minutes to use the toilet there’s only 2 toilets for boys and there’s about 500 boys in the school which is a disgrace I would NOT place your child in this school on less you want them to have shocking mental health,Being in over crowded corridors and being given C3S everyday because of either sticking up for him self asking to go toilet having a sip of water or losing there book or pen they are too strict no teachers help you all classrooms are overcrowded every time you put ur hand up for help the teacher ignores you and says you should know this Dinners are therey expensive meal deal is £5:50 None of the teachers in that school care about your mental health all they care about is jewellery, tattoos,Lack of equipment technically everything but your mental health all teachers are cruel to students in all sorts of different ways. Favourtism is a big thing in all hallows. It’s that bad I don’t have one good thing to say. Teachers shout at you a lot over strict Rules are 100 percent bad some of the rules are you have to ask to take blazer off you have to ask to have a drink of your own water ask to go toilet (Which they never let you go) You cannot shout when you are OUTSIDE In the play ground you cannot play games such as tag so how are we suppose to burn our energy to be honest I was really scared of going in school because all the teachers use to bully me and pick on me for no reason and then I got given a £60 pound fee which was for missing school which is wrong because I was so scared I use to cry to my mum and begged to have a day off because all the horrid teachers who use to bully me for no reason
