Really disappointed in this nursery. Poor communication, constant discrepancies with fees (resulting in numerous emails and visits trying to resolve this with the manager) with the amount owed varying from £30-£800 with no explanation. Once I decided to leave my sons items were discarded/given to charity, despite this never being discussed with myself. I would not recommend.
Just Avoid - much better out there
Avoid at all costs, not a place for a child to develop. Staff have their favourites and gossip about parents within ear shot, making nasty comments about them.

I worked here and it is a toxic environment, staff try their best with little support. We have been asked to work our of ratio on occasion and staff are pressured to work when feeling unwell and risk passing bugs onto the children

Avoid
Regular mistakes made with invoicing which is frustrating but added to that it’s regularly late opening and the place is not kept clean. My child rarely wants to go and hasn’t built a rapport with any staff over a lengthy period so we decided to look elsewhere which has proved a good choice.

Looks like I am not the only one experiencing this, really has got a lot worse. We will not send our other child here and would not recommend!

As others have said the standards have really slipped at the nursery, so much so we won’t be sending our second child here

Used to be a nice place but gone down hill severely, seemingly profits are prioritised over the experience and in some cases safety of the children
