I have made numerous calls, and the receptionist says to send everything to the email, which gets ignored as nobody responses. I have been shouting she needs help since year 8 and now my daughter is in year 11 they wont allow any support for her. Teachers at the parents evening said they will look into this, promises made and not kept. I have no response, and it's nearly exam time.
