Never changed his nappy same amount of nappies sent back with him as sent in with
Same food and drink sent back home with him as what I sent him with? He was starving & thirsty by the time I picked him up.
Was told his key worker was shy that’s why she couldn’t explain why my child was in hysterics when collected which is no excuse.
Got told my expectations were to high when I complained my child was not being looked after properly ultimately I felt like my child was neglected or basic care needs here and I got given a load of excuses.
