No accountability, will always blame the parents.
A culture of parent blame. Reported us to social services the day before school summer holidays without any prior communication. Refused to deregister our child in September. Came knocking on our door (4 times) and then sent their friends the police (twice) to our house. Took our child off school roll the day after census day.
