During covid the manager was removed, almost secretly, as parents we were not informed what was happening, since then they are on their 4th manager - who doesn't have a clue, and let's the senior staff deal with all issues/anything important.
The positive, nurturing environment that was Bluebell Wood is long gone!!
All the long serving and even some of the newer staff that clearly once loved their choice of career, seem very unhappy!
This is nursery is part of a group of 3, and as a business is run to make money, but the directors clearly do not care about the staff or children and are only interested in profit and lining their pockets. Its such a shame that this has happened.
