Unfortunately this nursery is very poorly run. The staff employed here are very kind and do their very best with little support or guidance. The Manager is the problem. The manager is very unprofessional and often rude and condescending. The Manager is not concerned with children's Safety ( many accidents and injuries are unexplained), legal ratios ( often not enough qualified staff to children) safeguarding ( has not reported when clear concerns about child welfare), Obsessed with financial gain (often over charging parents, refusing certain funding options as they didn't bring in enough money, claiming funding for SEN children then not spending it on those children's resources and needs).
Treatment of staff is unpleasant and a high turnover exists due to excessive demands, intimidation, over loading of work, belittling and bullying from manager which is done publicly.
No adequate inductions, safer recruitment guidelines rarely followed. Staff work alone without DBS. Or monitored by a cctv camera.
Food quality is poor, children given processed and cheap versions of food at lowest cost. Very small portions. No regard for allergies or intolerance.
Disposal of nappies into general waste instead of being collected by an approved company. Leaves the possibility of infection risk to the general public. (As manager doesn't want to pay for the service).
Regular breaches of GDPR. ( sending parents other children's invoices, discussing personal information whilst covert cctv recording, Discussing staff personal information with others.)
Ofsted have been continuously duped by this highly manipulative person that threatens staff if they speak up or try to improve things.
