Shocking school, resembles a prison!

Ok at best major problems but some aspects are decent overall decent school but some people in the school are rude annoying and unnecessary mean and sarcastic but I've found some great friends and I have good teachers

My son and daughter are doing really well at brownhills academy it's a great school thay have learned a lot of respect thay are always prepared ;go 2 school never have no worries about going there reading and writing has come on great mom of jack and Sophie bannister

This school is terrible. Everyday we have to work our butt's of js to get shouted at for doing one little thing wrong.Were expected to do labour all day for 7 hours.And don't even get me started on the bullying. The teachers n staff don't do anything,on duty break and luck they don't pay attention to anyone n I understand there's a lot of kids there but still. You can still see things happening like Friday me n my girlfriend was getting food chucked at us for no reason by there's group of boys n teachers didn't do anything,ever reporting it to a member of staff. They still won't do anything. I would not recommend this school to any parents if u want a daughter,son to have mental health issues or even death bc of this school. By-not saying names bc I'll get reset if I do

as a student who went to the school from year 7 (2021) who had to leave in the middle of year 10 (2025) i can say this school is utter shit. they dont help with ANYTHING at all and the teachers are absolute bull crap. id think twice before sending your kid here unless you want it to come back with severe mental issues.

This may have been a bad school (not the preferred) in the past. This is now an amazing school in my opinion, that offers superb extra circular activities, numerous trips. My numerous visits on site, I see pupils that have respect and generally good behaviour, this I feel is a culmination of strict rules, but also respect between teachers and pupils equally. The music and arts setup is fabulous if your child is into it.

My daughter was bullied, on the coach and at the school I complained nothing was done until a young lad pointed it out. She told me she was attemptedly sexually abused she came home with spit in her hair. Eventually she had to leave because her mental health plummeted Also year sevens were manipulated into taking the covid vaccines by school nurses and a science teacher. If you want your child to suffer send them here. I really didn’t think there were schools as bad as this!

Half the school self harms and the teachers dont give a f*ck like theres no therapy or help. if you go here you genuinely have a death wish

All ways get told off for nothing and it is A boring school and you get to do nothing you want and you can not go on your phones or you get it taken of you

absolute hellhole the school is crap you get abused and the staff are just crap since the new head teacher jpoined mrs lloyd evrything went down hill

My son has Been bullied by a person called Tristan Clinton smith. Apparently this kid has been given many chances before and we want him gone bc he’s been hurting my son and threatening him to steal vapes even tho my son doesn’t even smoke anything.

As a former parent of this school and now have grandchildren in the school,policies for bulling have not changed in over 10 years they seem to stick the heads in the sand ,it's a joke if you go on the website there policies for bulling say that they don't accept it so why is the school not doing anything about it.

I wish i could give it zero the teachers dont do anything to help with your mental health , i got an apple thrown at my shoulder which has caused chronic pain and they did absolutely nothing even though they watched the person do it. The teachers pick favourites and refuse to help the students who acctually struggle learn. People throw stuff in the corridors and vape in the toilets , if you hate your child so much you wish for them to commit suicide i recommend sending them to brownhills.

Well they don't handle the Sexual assault very well. My friends have been sexually assaulted by tbe same girl multiple times and the school never do anything. We hardly ever learn about black history, Asian history or any other cultures history. The students there aren't the nicest and they get away with making sexist, racist and homophobic comments. There's only a few teaches I would be comfortable with reporting something to them. The sports side to the school is very good quality though.
