The management are absolutely awful! Rude, selfish, heartless, nasty, money grabbing. You phone in sick you get told off when the policy clearly states not to come in with a sickness bug for 48 hours! How can anyone help been off sick? Who decides they want to be sick. Staff are always crying. The deputy manager makes up lies to the manager to get people in trouble, you ask her a simple question and she bites youre head off. Everyone is scared to approach them. But nothing will ever change. Because no one cares, head office don't care there is no one that will take it seriously. So they just keep getting away with it. What a disgusting place for anyone to ever have to work in. When are head office going to open their eyes to what is going on?? Staff pull the children around , swear at them!!!! Come on! How is this right! Staff are scared to speak up
