I would not reccomend for any parent to allow their child to attend thiis school!! the lack of traning the teachers in this school have is shocking, they have no idea hw to eal with serious situations such s bullying. My child was serverly bullied yet no pastoral care or teacher gave a damm about my child didn't do anything to stop the bullying- in fact they made it become worse by not dealing with the situation and allowing it to carry on. multiple times A DAY(!) my child rang me at school to come pick them up becuase the treachers didn't care! i had to make the decision to remove my child from tge school because their mental health became that bad she had to be hospitalized. The staff have no idea how to deal withbthese types os situations which is quite concerning as not only my chikld but multiple children have been in the same boat!! just get educated an be the support system these teenagers need

Multiple poor experiences. Used to be ok a few years ago but has deteriorated incredibly fast. Please do not come here.

i would not recommended this school to anyone, my experience was hell. The teachers have no interest in helping students and only care about themselves and how they are seen. they do not offer any support to the children and only try to work with children with higher grades who they believe can pass all their GCSES. the teachers are not helpful and only care about themselves. the meals are also very poor they do not cook properly and often have i and many of my friends had raw food & hairs in our food. not to mention the portion sizes which are just ridiculous. no teenage child would be full from portion sizes like that.

Worst school ever teachers are bully's one commented on me having ginger hair I got told I would be nothing in life by the head teacher and food is cold and raw I hope this school gets shut forever it would be a pleasure for everyone...

My two older children were fine at this school, but fast forward a few years things have really gone down hill. My youngest child started this school top of the class, happy and confident. But after a couple of years at this school and being bullied is now suffering from anxiety and depression. Any mention of mental health problems is like a red flag to a bull when you try and explain any absences and they will most likely not be authorised. This school does not seem a kind place at all and they seem more worried about exam results and attendance rather than the happiness and wellbeing of pupils. There are a couple of nice, good teachers but they are in the minority. Also my child says there is a lot of vaping at this school and often you can smell cannabis in certain areas. If your child is easily led and wants to remain popular they could easily be drawn into this. Vapes are readily available to younger pupils from older pupils and school does not seem to be addressing this effectively.

The new school skirt is uncomfortable and a unnecessary change whatsoever; instead of changing they could've easily made skirt length stricter and the blue doesn't even match the rest of the uniform. I used to wear a skirt but when school starts once again in September I will have to wear trousers (for the first time) instead just because I feel uncomfortable wearing the new skirt. I tried the trousers and they don't match to what I normally wore to school, I feel insecure about wearing it to school and would rather not go to school in September but my parents had already brought it and I wish to get a education I have to go in. I just simply hope they return back to the old skirts and don't change it. I would feel better and more confident wearing it again.

this school is awful they don't cook the food properly they pick on kids and they are so disorganized and the teachers aren't trained properly and the indoor environment isn't clean the air is really cloggy like not being cleaned

Would give 0 stars if I could; I was relentlessly bullied in this school and so were many others. I was threatened in class with open scissors to my eyes and nothing came of it. My friend had rocks thrown at her and was knocked out with a pipe. The teachers were also bullies, willfully ignoring the bullying, forcing me to go to weekly weigh-in's, forcing me to stay after school to do gym work, trying to diagnose me with a learning disability I don't have, and following me around at dinner time, writing down what I ate, and telling my parents at bi weekly meetings. All this has given me serious self esteem issues and an eating disorder I still struggle with in adulthood.

Horrible school, teachers are abusive to students. Headteacher doesn't investigate them, and tries to block your complaints going to the governors .Staff constantly lie. They don't follow ehc plans either. Dont send a child with additional needs here, their needs won't be met.

This school is dead don't go hear wayy to much drama. And meetings about vaping and safety Shit also this school is one of the worst ones to go to please DONT ever go here

its sexist they do not care about the students they misunderstand everything and don't care. one of the cooking teachers took ingredients out of my bag for another child and it was infuriating don't send your children here even tommy's is better than this.

This school doesn't care about students mental health and is completely unorganised and sloppy they do not care about what goes on outside of school and make no attempt to help. students are misunderstood and none of the punishment systems work do NOT send your children here.

Worst School for education. They don't notice students needs and requirement.
