Best school for my 2 children. Gave them a sound academic foundation and fun experience. Seems very well resourced and teachers are creative.

As a former student, I can safely say that this school is terrible. I personally experienced both harassment and bullying on a regular basis from both teachers and other students. The 'support' at this school is an absolute joke and the LSA's should be fired as they do not know how to support people who have Asperger's. As someone who has this condition, I suffered terribly in class without anyone to turn to. If you are a parent with a 'special' child, please do not send them to this school. They will be traumatized.

I didn't have the confidence to write a review when I was a student. I was treated like I didn't exist by the students and staff. I was suffering from agoraphobia in my teens especially through out my GCSES. My anxsiety diagnosis was ignored by staff. I sufferd from ableism, disablism, transphobia and homiphobia. I had therapy and CBT to help me overcome my struggles this school cuased. The discrimination was awful at the time and by the reviews still is unfortunately. Despite telling sevral members of staff/ teachers, head of year, Miss Lisa West Responsible for Senco, DSL, Designated Teacher, Attendance, Behaviour, School Counsellors and Inclusion and the principle David James nothing was done to prevent the discrimination from happening again. I had to leave during my GCSES due to the discrimination. I am shocked to see that Miss Lisa West is still Responsible for Senco, DSL, Designated Teacher, Attendance, Behaviour, School Counsellors and Inclusion and David James is still the Principle. No wonder why it hasn't changed.

this school absolutely sucks. they dont even know how to teach all they do is just tell us off and give us on calls for no reason. their pe policy sucks i remember you have to come to school in your pe kit but now you have to get changed into your pe kit which is a trash rule which they changed. and i don't get it you get a isolation just for recording a school fight i don't think any other school made a single rule like that like are u dumb giving us a iso. and also in lessons you can't wear a coat even when the classrooms are freezing cold like do these stupid teachers want to give us hyperthermia or something. and my art teacher he dosen't care if you struggle he only cares about how good you are. when you give them an excuse about no homework they don't even care they think they know what they are doing with their lifes. and also this school is racist , sexist , homophobic and transphobic like one the teachers in our school said the n word and never got fired. they just the teacher off like the n word is not that big of a deal and it's just a random word. some of the teachers are so sexist like some of the girls in my class are very naughty whilst they don't get in trouble whilst some of the boys in our class dont get in trouble. and they decreased the lunchtimes it used to be 40 minutes but decreased it to 30 minutes like what am i gonna do in 30 minutes. and the teachers in the canteen are so jarring like you can't bring hot food (i.e pizza , sausage rolls , wings , garlic bread and wedges) like i get pasta and that but light food these people are so dumb. and the lunch there are mank like the mac n cheese is expensive even though it tastes like milk. it's like they just milk to the mac n cheese and can't even afford any cheese like come now ccs you can do better than that. when you are late to school if you were late to for a reason (i.e traffic) they don't care they yell at us and expect us to be on time all the time like it is not our faults there are traffic and they say "there's traffic everyday" they're acting as if we can stop the traffic and they also decreased the time on coming to school the gates used to shut at 8:45 now its 8:40 like who do you think you are expecting 1000 students to be here on time. the pastoral teachers are so weak they just make situations even worser and don't even do nothing. the bad thing is that the school radiators don't even work it's like they don't care about us. parents , carers and legal guardians i do not recommend bringing your child to this this school it is a bad school

The secondary part had fights and some teachers used the n word too many times and they were never fired. Quite a few students were racist and homophobic as well, so it kind of sucked. The experience is ok at the school as it’s not all the teachers but the principal is quite classist as they have money.

Extremely poor school. Too many restrictions which leads to even more havoc then before. Can’t wait to leave to a place where they care more than the length of your skirt

This place sucks. Totally absolutely sucks. I can't even leave a review for secondary but that's what I'm writing about; the student support is abysmal, there are very few teachers that actually care about their craft, the leadership team is cobbled together using staff from completely different departments (i.e, a sixth form leader is actually a phys ed teacher), and the classes offered pale in comparison to the competition. They uphold strict rules on what you can and cannot do inside the school, such as using phones, uniform policy, where you can go at what times, normal stuff. Except, every teacher has a seemingly different set of rules, with apparently no communication between any of them as to what must be enforced. Further, favoritism means that some students go unpunished for breaking every rule, and some students are punished heavily for very minor things. If this was a government it would be mighty corrupt. This school is a disaster.
