Chilwell School

My daughter has recently moved to this school from George Spencer. We were having problems with her rolling her skirt up. Like most children do. My daughter also struggles to concentrate, sit still and be quiet. It’s taking her some time to adjust to secondary school from primary. My daughter didn’t know anyone at this new school, but she has done really well and the school have not mentioned her skirt once. They allow their children to wear trainers and be comfortable and warm. The staff are caring, when we’ve had the odd problem, they deal with it straight away. The staff communicate easily with you. I feel so lucky that my daughter could move to this school. George Spencer was a real nightmare!

No time respect for the kids expect them to be robot's Told off and blamed all the time few involved but will single one out their shit for giggles is to constantly exclude a child rather then help the child dont apply for certain needs and certainly don't cater for students who needs more support teachers are rude (not all) power goes to some all on all rubbish school Bullying for 1 is awful teachers don't correspond with each other half the time

as a student i can confidently say that this school barely hits the lowest bar and offers little opportunities for creativity and inspiration

i nearly got excluded,just for clapping

I have two children that go there one is very depressed and on is stuffering from racial abuse,this school is so bad that my son almost died because of teachers neglect,my daughter is a nervous reck,for the health of your kids don't send your kids here,the teachers are racist,neglectful,evil, and defo going to sue them for all me and my children have been through.

Terrible. Dont care about mental health. Ridiculous and strict rules. Teachers dont follow the rules ie not expressing opinions. Got in trouble once and was told i would have been in less trouble had what I'd done agreed with the teacher.

Student sexualise and objectify the female students. This has been reported by it nothing has been done. Apart from this, the school is good. It has great teachers and great grades and great food.

They are a really bad school. They say they handle bullying but in real life they don’t do anything. The school rules are stupid. They are so funny about your school shoes that you aren’t allowed any coloured stitching apart from black. You aren’t allowed to wear any tight fitting trousers even if there smart
