Cirencester Kingshill School

This school has really wrecked my mental health. I used to be so happy but ever since i came to this school i have lost myself completely. I have been struggling with friends since the moment i came to this school in year 7 and absolutely nothing was done. I would never recommend this school to anyone, if i could leave i would as soon as possible. People are so mean and do not have respect for others. They are bullies. The staff preach “respect” but don’t give it themselves and mentally abuse students repeatedly. They don’t help with anyone’s mental health or even try to make us feel safe all they care about is our lessons but they don’t even teach us properly. The teachers only care about our uniform and making the school look good for their reputation. They do not care about the students themselves, just covering up past mistakes and making it as though the school is perfect. I rate this school a -3/10 it is horrendous

Through my few years of being at kingshill it’s been the WORSE,i’ve been phyiscally and mentally abused by older years,i’ve been Sa’d by a older year and the only thing he got was a suspension,i got accused of lying about it until he finally admitted,i got called a prostitute by a staff member for my skirt which was just a few inches above my knee when they could’ve politely asked me to unroll it,they preach about mental health yet when they see someone visibly struggling and begging for the help they need they can’t even acknowledge them and just ignore,they preach about their steps like “Responsibility” yet half of the teachers can’t even be Responsible,They preach about “Pride” in our uniform but who would want to wear uniform what makes them feel uncomfortable,they get angry when you roll your skirt but if you don’t roll it you’re considered a “neek” and bullied just for a skirt.Honestly if you love your kids and care about their mental health,send them to another school,this school genuinely does not care about your words and what you have to say,they’d rather you keep quiet about how you feel about the school but i’ve decided to break the silence of it and tell everybody the truth,it says on their website “we’re a happy family all together” but is that really true? is anyone even happy? do you think that we’d be happy when we’re just forced to keep silent about everything.They beg for you to come to school no matter how bad your mental health is,my mental health was deteriorating yet the only thing they could care about was me coming into school no matter how depressed i was.they say “you can talk to us about anything” but can we even trust you? we can’t trust anyone in this school because even the teachers gossip. the amount of times i’ve heard teachers say stuff about me is horrendous,i just want it stop.No wonder their Ofsted is “need for improvement”,this school needs to be shut down.

with not being able to get up in the morning and not being able to do everyday needs.Something needs to be done not happy at all, just remember everything on the news letter that preach the school is a “safe,happy,family” is all false information i can insure you half of the kings hill school community is not happy. Rubbish at handling bullying. Do better. Teachers are pervs

Was here for one year and was repeatedly bullied and harassed by other students which was witnessed by teachers who did nothing. Was physically and verbally abused by other students and nothing was done.
