The teachers and staff have no concern for any of their pupils. Example: One day a group of Springfield kids had been let out early at the end of the day, so they ended up coming up to the playground and filming us through the gates on their phones. The teacher had been notified, and yet did nothing to protect her students privacy, just stood there on her phone. They always have their hands full, 'too busy' to give a crap about your child and very bad tempers. One TA accidentally deleted the work I was doing all lesson, looked at the time, said; "Oops, oh well, sorry" and walked off. I had to do 2 lessons worth of work in one class.
The pupils aren't much better. There's a bunch of Neurodivergent kids, and while that's not a problem, it's how they handle it. I was bullied, harassed and borderline physically attacked by a boy and the teachers always just said "Oh, well he's autistic" The staff just don't care. I had my work destroyed. Blatant favouritism towards kids, hostility and trouble keeping their anger in check, which if you are working at a PRIMARY school, maybe you should get some therapy for your outbursts before deciding to work there.
