They told us that favouritism is acceptable. That sexisum is OK and us girls should just accept the abuse that we received.
They used to WATCH US CHANGE. Not female staff MALE STAFF. We accepted the snarky comments because they said 'they will shape us to have a brighter future '
Whilst at school I sunk into a deep depression and started talking to my teacher someone I thought I could trust and the next thing ik I'm talking to the headteacher being called things I will never repeat.
In my year there was one ethnic child and the abuse they were given was large. He was always last picked for literally everything and the staff did nothing to prevent or even consol the child.
From the outside it looks perfect. It's a trap they are brainwashing the kids and I'm not being dramatic.
Keep away at all costs please trust me.
