Cross Lane Primary and Nursery School

I worked at Cross Lane Primary School many years ago, and unfortunately my experience was extremely traumatic. I experienced what I felt was discrimination and unfair treatment, and I found the behaviour of some members of staff towards me extremely difficult and upsetting. This experience has stayed with me for many years. I am glad that the staff members involved are no longer there, but I still feel that what happened to me was deeply unfair and something I should never have had to experience in a workplace. I can only speak from my own experience, but it was a very negative period of my life and not an environment in which I felt respected or treated fairly. I am glad that the staff members involved have since moved on, and I sincerely hope that other employees have a more positive experience than I did.
