No consideration for mental or physical health
My son attends this school. He has recieved an hours detention for running in the rain and for mis hearing a teacher! He didnt answer back at any time. When i have asked to be contacted about these, no-one has! When my son has been pushed around with a broken wrist (which happened at school) not one teacher has intervened or done anything about it! They do not care about students well being, only test results
Decent
The teachers are brilliant and couldn't do more for you once you reach Y11. However, they do care a bit too much about people's presentation eg: no nail polish, wearing the school skirt, no trainers. Bullying gets little attention and the head of years are known to blame the victim.
Average at best
Went to this school for 5 years, all I have to say is Mr Mclaughlin is an absolute legend as well as some other honourable mentions being Miss Trussell, Miss Dunn and Mr Hall. Everything else not the best.

No longer at this school but Mr Mclaughlin was an absolute legend, they should give him a promotion! However the overall experience I had here leaves something to be desired.

Full of Bully’s and teachers that do nothing about it. They care more about jewellery and makeup than actual issues students face. Worst school ever.
