Don't recommend a dean trust school
I don't like this dean trust, I've heard that they confiscate children's phones for a week, which seems unreasonable and outrageous, uniform looks terrible and schools are very harsh on children, it tries to make schools look good and make children look like theyre enjoying it when the children are hating it, don't recommend a dean trust school

in my opinion the school is ok its just al, the petty rules and some teachers are okay but most are awful so don't go here
Worst school in Wigan!!
Absolutely awful! the staff do not care about bullying! me and my friend was continuously bullied for 2 years and all they did was shout at the group of girls like that was going to make it all better. the teachers don’t care to teach and jus walk out half of the time! they’re attitude towards students is awful and they’re are physically abusive. teacher was once sacked because he pinned a student up against the wall please do not send your children here.the students themselves are also awful and aren’t the nicest people. i cannot wait to get out of this school and be able to live a happy life drama free! this is the worst school i know off and i honestly wish i could just move schools. the teachers are honestly awful. There’s about 3 teachers that actually care and try to help but two of them have left. iam so scared to go back and have to face everyone and all my classmates again because they’re honestly awful people. ive been at this school for 4 years and it’s honestly been the worst years of my life. half of the male teachers shouldn’t even be allowed near young girls!!!! i’m pretty sure half of the male teachers are ******** **********!🤬

Only about 3 or 4 members of staff care about you. Senior staff don't care and are abusive verbally and sometimes physically if they are annoyed.
They sack staff for being kind and friendly with the students.
Evidence was hidden about this.
They follow no laws regarding covid or teaching standards.
This school has got the worst ofsted rating
Do not go to this school or any other Dean Trust schools.

Uniform
We don't get to wear skirts and we need permission to wear pants as all girls need to wear pinafores whereas in other Dean trust schools they can wear skirts! Girls aren't allowed to roll their pinafore up if it is too long or if they want it like a skirt.

Its got a few good teachers but the rest are mediocre at best you get shouted at for rolling up your pinifor and no one like the wood teck teacher if we even had to ask permission to wear trousers lije how messed up is that
