Shocking leadership
Unreliable, Uncaring, and Unsafe.
Unreliable. Claim to care about student mental health yet I ended up waiting from November 2019 to March 2020 before giving up. Claim to be "on top of" COVID cases but many teachers staying off due to coming in contact with the virus. Students expected to work through pandemic with no issues.
College is great
Been great with sending work and making sure it is available to any one who is isolating, they make sure we wear masks all around the college I'm so happy now I've moved here

Principle is very focussed on outward image of being outstanding but the reality is very different. Very money focussed rather than focussing on student needs. Theres no support for staff, HR are there to support managers only. They pay a lot of lip service to being a caring organisation, however this is mostly just talk, staff wellbeing is not important to this provider.
