    Disgusting, abusive place

    Since they decided to turn off their Google review section like a bunch of cowards I will like to let everyone know Erdington Academy is an awful place for children and teenagers. The teachers often have power trips, they are rude and do not respect their students or their education. There have been cases of discrimination based on race and sexual harassment and sexual assaults and the school protected the perpetrators.     Erdington academy review

    I am currently trying to take my child out of this school the teachers are terrible and the children that attend run the school and they can''t be controlled. I think this school needs security in the lessons to protect student's as the teachers are scared. Majority of the children that attend come from bad backgrounds and are bullies.students with red ethos cards have to wait 10mins before they can go and eat in the canteen and they can't go to the toilets without a pass.

    Poor hygiene, aggressive teachers, bad food

    Aggressive teachers: A receptionist called Julie Colevile punched her fist into her palm twice when I asked why I couldn’t go inside of school early to revise. When I reported this the school protected her and accused me of lying. Every time I saw her back then I felt uncomfortable and nervous. If I parent did that to a student it would be a safeguarding issue, yet when staff does it it’s fine. Lunch lady refused to serve me food if I didn’t take my coat off.     WORST SKL

    THIS IS THE SHITEST SKL EVER I GO TO THIS AND THEY DONT MAKE ENOUGH FOOD FOR EVERYONE ONE ALL THE TEACHERS R USELESS APRT FROM MISS MORRISON SHES A GOOD TEACHER BUT THE REST R REALLY STRICT AND USLESS THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR STUDENT TO EAT AND THEY SCAM US FOR FOOD WORST SKL EVERRRRRRRR AND PLUS MIST TEACHERS HAVE FAVOURITE STUDENTS AND R NICER TO OTHERS DONT SEND UR KIDS HERE!!!!!!!!!!

    Please don't ruin your children by bringing them here

    Horrible school, the administration is garbage and so are most of the teachers. They don't care about students they just care if we look "smart", they care more how lose is our tie rather than our education. Sexism,misogyny and homophobia is completely ignored and so is bullying. The students making complaints about the teachers being inappropriate are ignored and told we are lying.     Review

    Teachers are great but the problem is teachers don’t put much effort into bullying i used to get bullied and when I complained they will bring the bully person and make us apologise and forgive each other but that just made it even worser because once the teachers were not looking the bully will strike back

    Good school

    Good school. Teachers care and teach good lesson. Bad kids taken out. But some kids and parents don’t care. But school does stop them spoiling it for the rest

    Not good... But not bad

    Since the previous head teacher got promoted and the new head was assigned, the standards (and food) have been slipping... Almost on the verge of poor, many students fight, do drugs or are just generally rude

    The school is alright..

    The teachers are alright i guess, but some kids that go to this school just ruin it for the good ones
