Fundamentally they do not have enough staff to run the facility but they keep cramming children in. You will often get phone calls of a morning to say they're oversubscribed and they can't take your child. In the toddler room they are so packed that your child will likely end up injured.
Last of all despite advertising themselves as good their actual Ofsted rating is "Inadequate"
