Toxic staff culture
Poor staff culture, lack of good staff well-being and a culture of staff bullying. I am pleased to see that the most toxic middle leaders have now left.

Avoid at all costs
It's the most chaotic sen school I've ever seen. Lack of care from staff to children snd ehcp being ignored and just blanketed for all children. Fought to get a place for our daughter but worst mistake ever made.

Staff culture and education at all time low.
Five Acre Wood school, a primary and secondary situated in Maidstone and other areas. Now I have a few points to make here regarding my experience: firstly, lack of streaming in almost all subjects, secondly the staff culture is terrible they gossip ALL the time about students and colleagues. Thirdly lack of experience in Senior Leadership Team there was only one competent guy and he's left.

It is a very poorly managed school with a culture of bullying that is ignored.
