Excellent Teachers but Disappointing and Rude Administration
My experience with Follville Junior School has been mixed. The teachers are absolutely wonderful—caring, supportive, and truly dedicated. My daughter is happy, well looked after, and enjoys her time at school, which speaks volumes about the quality of teaching staff.
However, my experience with the administrative team has been disappointing. When raising concerns, I felt that some staff were dismissive and, at times, disrespectful. In particular, one member of staff often came across as irritated, rude, and unapproachable, making communication uncomfortable.
I was also disappointed with my interactions with the principal. On two occasions, I felt my concerns were not properly acknowledged and instead made me question my perspective rather than addressing the issue constructively.
While the teaching staff are excellent and a real asset to the school, there is a clear need for improvement in how parents are treated and communicated with by the administration.
