The teachers have the means to bully the children all day everyday, they give warnings, detentions and send kids to the Behavior improvement room for any little thing.
Teachers cant justify there actions on disciplining the children, the kids never finish school at 3.30pm as per the time table, as almost every kid ends with a detention so doesn't leave school till 4.35pm
Basically even if a kids breaths they get a detention!!!
the SLANT policy is a joke and it makes the kids miserable, the staff of the school carry on like they are running a military camp,
SLANT, a behavior modification system used in many schools. It is an acronym for Sit Up, Listen, Ask Questions, Nod, and Track the Speaker, this, this policy has no place in today's kids life style, it should be removed of all school policys
