    Rubbish school, do not recommend to anyone

    If I could give this school 0 I would, it is a horrible school claims to be there for their students, but are rude when they seek help, the teachers are hypocrits and are over all very rude, the rules are so stupid and do not give the children a chance to live their childhood and express themselves. Over all shit school and I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. They make our children's mental health worse and put way to much pressure on the yr10s and 11s. Hopefully this place gets sorted out

    Useless school

    This school is absolutely abysmal has no time for children with special needs punishment is there way dealing with these children not compassion and understanding if you have a child with special needs I seriously recommend you look to another school as your child will get no help from this school actually they'll get the opposite.

    Walk away now

    Do as much research as possible. If child has any send needs ask your professionals working with you what their experiences are working with this school and the academy in general. If your child has any mental health needs you will get support for a few weeks then they’re expected to snap out of it.

    Proceed with caution

    Please do not send your child here if you think you may need extra help or support due to send. Think twice also because the school is an academy and what this might mean in the future. If you have any mental health concerns turn away now, the school just dosnt believe in it even if there’s evidence of self harm. Do your research on the CEO of the academy that makes for an interesting read.

    do not recommend

    My daughter attend from year 7 onwards, they pretend to be there for her mental health but it’s really just a tick of a box kind of thing, blow things out of proportion as far as getting accused of things that had no proof, got told her mental health wasn’t as bad as other people and made her feel guilty for getting help for her mental health. lessons are far too long, too strict on toilets, and put way too much pressure onto year 11 students.

    Very bad

    horrible,its absolutely unacceptable i can't believe it my niece went to this school and its so sad,teachers are extremely disrespectful she came home crying most days of the week. I was looking forward to sending my son here but thats not going to happen, its atrocious and the fact that for their GCSE options there isnt a 100% guarantee they will get what they picked is absolutely bullshit aswell

    okay :)

    It’s been a wild ride but it’s really not that bad. If your the type of student who needs extra attention start fighting your case from the day you join as if you give the impression you are completely fine then they will hold you to that for the rest of your years.

    alright school

    lock doors during lessons, so can't go toilet. teachers are overly strict. good support from student welfare. 100/200 min long lessons which is way too long!! didnt let me drop subjects i hated. constantly got detentions for no good reason. force you to go to pointless study clubs. bus is expensive. don't tolerate bullying though and some good teachers

    Shit

    Lots of disrespectful students and they never get told off! Always having cover teachers and they are always from a different country so we have no clue what they are saying! Never learn anything with most teachers! And they lock the toilets during lesson time and rarely let you go when it’s a HUMAN RIGHT!
