Truancy and Bullying are normalised
Bullying and truancy are normalized. There is constant fighting within the school, and students show no respect to the teachers, often swearing at them. Almost no one wants to attend lessons; instead, they wander around the school site. I would say safeguarding is definitely not effective at all; many people are excluded or suspended from school. I would advise against sending your child to this school unless you want them to experience bullying or become involved in bullying others.

WORST SCHOOL TO EXIST
this school has to be one of the worst for me the behaviour is awful you get bullied at this school really bad and the teachers do nothing to help students are disrupting lessons causing you have to learn nothing in terms of education its bad and socially racism and islamphobia is allowed i hate it HAVE THIS SCHOOL CLOSED INSTANCE im honestly happy i left and i got into an accident once but i had to use someone elses phone to call my parents and ambulance because they dont let phones teacher kate williams is so bad and alll the teachers they forced me to join therapy without telling parents they are ridicolous dont send your child there please

not good, not allowed your phone even if its off and in the bottom of ur bag, no help for ur mental health, students always shoving u between lessons i litterally fell down the stairs bcs someone pushed me ppl have also been getting spiked with laxatives
Fortismere a meh school
This school is quite good for art and music but some of the people are mean the teachers can be unfair and ur not allowed ur phone in your bag even when you live very far away or have a reason, kids can be quite mean and threatening and when the school is very hot they don’t let you go to a fountain and if your sick they barely let you go home I’ve seen more girls then I can count throw up in the bathrooms because the teachers don’t let us go home, speaking of bathrooms the bathrooms (at least for the girls) there is 18+ drawing in the changing rooms/ bathrooms and sometimes there is period blood smothered on the walls. The food is nice but it can be expensive
It’s pretty bad tbh
if you study hard and are lucky to have decent teachers at this school then yes you’ll probably get good results. However the schools facilities are old and dirty, theirs barely a behaviour or complaints policy in place, the food is rubbish, and the kids are badly behaved and just go around wearing rich kids outfits and skipping lessons
It's ok
It's ok. Academically it's pretty good and there are some very good teachers however the management make strange decisions with little basis like the removal of the boys toilet's wall. It is also clear the school has gone downhill over the past few years since the scandal with the previous headmistress.

racism sexism homophobia and transphobia is normalised. little to no help for mental health issues.

good school mostly good teachers only the boys really get told off the boys toilets doesnt have a wall anymore??!! so you can just look in the pasta at lunch is hit or miss sometimes its decent where sometimes its like italian mashed potato the astro is dreadful as its just sand like why? the south wing sports hall is 100 years ild or something so yh its a good school would go

Some really good teachers (mr ward and mr Kelsey) but a lot of gender bias towards women (21 out of 24 student leaders are women) and some teachers are pretty bad. They also removed the wall for the boys toilets, and the school is full of annoying kids wearing supreme and Gucci constantly
