Haberdashers' Aske's Hatcham College

First time applying - after getting my GCSE results - I was enrolled by a teacher into BTEC Applied Science, A-level Chemistry, and A-level Economics. 3 weeks later, i found out that this individaul had no idea about the distinction between BTEC Applied Science and A-level Chemistry. Thankfully, with the help of one of the Physics teachers, they enrolled me into A-level Physics instead - I was ABSOLUTELY ESTATIC about that. This was one of the first experiences of their disorganisation and lack of management and gave me a bad vibe of the school. Although their bad immpressions made me think twice, i stayed anyways - this was the worse dissisions i have ever made in all of my lifetime - there was a lack of communications with the head of sixth form and the careers adviser, as I did inform the careers advisor that I had a few work experiences I have applied too in the 1st and 2nd year of being in the school. Despite their knowledge of their mistake, they blamed the mess on me and scheduled a detention for me, even though I did inform the necessary people incharge of future careers and asked for help from others, such as my physics teacher and economic teachers (their acted as my witnesses). This luckly got me out of detention and prevented removal of punctuality on my school report.

This school is horrible, they are the epitome of deep rooted misogyny. They pretend to care about and honour women and their legacies, and position themselves as very anti bullying yet they turn a blind eye to any reports, especially more severe ones such as physical violence or sexual assault.Katie Scott is an unable headmistress and should've never been appointed, every single person who has a child who goes here is miserable and dreads even stepping foot in that building.The so called safe guarding team are completely useless, they are utterly undertrained and unequipped to cater to the vast amount of problems teenagers face in their school lives.If you care about your children, do not sign them up to this school as you will be gifting them a horrible 5 years.
