Kids were made to stay out in freezing cold weather, unacceptable behaviour with kids that wasn't controlled by staff, lack of activities for kids which led to boredom. Kids were separated from each other despite being assured by staff that they would be kept together, which lost the kids trust in the adults looking after them. There was one poor kid who my daughter said spent most of the day on his own, rocking in the corner. Utter shambles by the sounds of things, I would never send my kids here again.
When I told the lady on the phone that my kids didn't want to come back, she said it was up to me to show my kids how to gave fun...........being 7 and 9 my kids know how to have fun thank you but sadly you guys don't know how to show kids a good time.
We wrote to Koosa to complain and phoned, we were assured a call back by the manager who sadly never called.
