This setting is the most unprofessional setting have ever came across, I was aware of their bad Ofsted reports and reviews before taking on employment but I went in with a positive mindset being a person who is able to stand up for what is right.
Overall the management in particular seem to be lacking of respect, empathy, compassion and understanding.
They’re rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s a very regimental setting, practices are old and dated, telling children they should “stop” crying when they’re upset and invalidating their feeling, not much child initiated or spontaneous learning happens. I could never send my child into a settle this poor.
Without talking through professionally, I was sent an email - withdrawing my daughter from they books with immediate effect.
I was left with a full time job and no childcare as a keyworker this had a negative impact on my family especially for my daughter, who thinks it's something she done wrong.. I understand there was a misunderstanding with my son collecting her one day and I'm not allowed my phone at work but to receive an email was not professional at all....
You would get better child care leaving your kids to roam at the side of a busy road. Staff are all apprentices, owner and manager could not care less if you have a concern.
