Domestic and physical and verbal abuse
I got bullied in that school for no reason there been reviews about this school that has bullies in it even teachers what I heard was looking up girls skirts it’s disgusting they listen to abusers because I had it all at home they decided to pick on me and listen to my was parents so I want this school, shit down right now because they don’t care about the students at all they treat them like trash also the are an u equal school they are disgusting they are an abusive school and it’s not nice they are bullies there and nothing is done about it
Update to my previous bad review, it's gotten worse.
Gives kids DTS and rlc for nothing, met a girl once who got sent out for coughing .closed down upstairs toilets lines for the downstairs one at break. Teachers keep innocent kids back in there own time for no reason and teachers constantly swear under there breath at students

Not So Exceptional
Leeds East Academy is average but not as excellent as it sets out too be. Most of the teachers are biased against students, the food is mediocre and the core values get shoved down your throat.
My lea review
This school has a good system but with a few flaws
Good learning, bad "rules"
Start off with the fact they promote bullying and alienation, have slightly sexist views and collectively punish for a certain persons actions. Although they have a great learning curriculum they give you a half an hour detention for hugging your friends. Take away from your attendance (then get told off for your "low" attendance) when you were so sick you couldn't get out of bed so you had to have three days off so you could eat.
Overall good learning and can deal with challenged people but do not listen to students opinions as much as they think they do + have twisted view points.

The best secondary school I went to
I loved it here. I came here from a really bad situation and I immediately felt like I fit in. All the teachers that I had experiences with cared both about your results as well as how you were feeling and kept the right balance throughout. They were always finding new ways to keep us motivated and make lessons enjoyable even through into GCSE level. I was gutted when I had to move from here.
Absolute crap
To say I was a student last year at this school, it genuinely is so bad. Teachers speak to you like absolute rubbish, me and my bestfriend were called “useless” by a teacher after we asked for some help? Don’t get me wrong, some teachers are actually really nice, but there’s very little that you can actually get along with. Students with bad behaviour get no support or help with anything cause everything seems to be “attention seeking”. Exclude you for the dumbest reasons ever, try to separate you from your mates, isolating for the littlest things like no planner, and they wonder why the exam results are so bad? Cause the kids aren’t in lessons when they could be. I was sent to another school without me mum being informed, it was taken to ofsted and we was told to take it higher so we went to Education Leeds
