The new management is probably trying to save money by hiring apprentices and inexperienced staff but their ratio is certainly not 1 to 3 or 1 to 4. They never use the garden, they are always sitting and not engaging with the children. Ive seen them get annoyed and frustrated with children because they are always overwhelmed. I am shocked that parents feel comfortable to leave their children here.
Management is unprofessional, she isnt able to efficiently deal with any concerns raised, she just sweeps them under the carpet and sits at her desk with her dog all day.
It is unfortunate as the charity has allowed them a great deal of space and resources but it is completely wasted on this awful, uncaring, cold and resenting team.
I will be reporting them to ofsted myself as they are clearly due an inspection
