this school is horrible , my child goes to this school and i have been told their are wires that are sticking out of the walls that have been damaged , missing ceiling tiles in class rooms and toilets and wires dangling from the roof wich is not safe at all , broken doors , holes in walls with insulation poking through tiles sitting on floors

no good teachers they have no respect for any students i would not reccomend putting your child too this school and also if they get into a fight the teachers only come when the fight is over and most of the time students are not held accountable for their actions 0/10

You could set a bomb off in this place and they would still
Make you do star jumps in PE.

Joke a place if you don’t laugh you’ll cry the Lewis Erskine river.

Useless school, children are always doing drugs and smoking. My kid got gonorrhoea and HIV from this school! Embarrassing!

If I could give zero stars I would! Avoid this school if at all possible. No control or discipline therefore pupils can do what they want. Zero action taking on bullying. No equal opportunities for pupils.

The school needs to be shut down or investigated the teachers are inappropriate, you get no help what so ever and most of the time you are left to you own devices if the teachers don't like you. When you report some thing it goes round the school (teachers) just around negative environment!

If you are a parent and planning to take your child/children to Lochside please don't.Some of the teachers are ok but some of them are useless,rude or both and the other students God save your kid/kids because they're gonna regret all their life choices.From personal point of view I have been assulted twice and had weird and appropriate comments had been made to me so please if you want to keep your child/children from having depression or being overly stressed or aggressive in the future DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE THEY'LL THANK YOU

This school is shocking more like a prison or the wild west! The teachers are managing bad behaviour rather than teaching the children. Altens/Cove parents have been severely let down with this so called super school not to mention the children being let down! If you have a choice DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL. The level of violence in this school is questionable. Aberdeen City Council really did a number here. You have children from wealthy backgrounds merging with children who have nothing like a perfect storm! No parent should ever get a call from their child’s school saying they can not keep your child safe walking between classes!!!
NEVER experienced anything like it. They make the good kids victims with safety plans /cards to allow them from class to move to the next class before the bell goes, take their breaks early & in SAFE zones! Traumatic experience to say the least. We removed our child from this very poor school. Might look great state of the art etc. Looks aren’t always what they appear to be.10% of the students are in nurture classes 3 times a week away from the curriculum teaching them how to deal with bullies. Absolute joke of a school!

THIS SCHOOL HAS NO CONGROL WHATSOEVER OVER THE CHILDREN, THEY ALSO PUT YOUR CHILDREN IN DANGER 3 YEARS OFF BULLYING NOW ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!

teachers are so bad at teaching and set you up to fail your prelims unless you want to teach yourself. literally the worst and will constantly send letters home at every opportunity they get.
