London Colney Primary & Nursery School

I attended this school back in 2016-2019 from year 1 through till year 3. I was badly bullied by various different people in the older years but staff did not seem to care. My mum regularly emailed and complained to the school about my well being while being a student and frequently updated them on the behaviour of other student which they did not seem to bother fixing. Teachers were incredibly unprofessional and would fall asleep in the middle of lessons, sit on their phones and would not bother teaching us we needed to know for our age. In year 3 being 9 years old, our teacher was still teaching us simple things like phonics.
I've never heard this from other schools but they would hand out jobs if you were over year 2 and would be rewarded for cleaning, sweeping and scrubbing the floors of the canteen at the ripe age of 9 years old. I remember being given the job of the dinner lady. We would collect peoples wrist bands that would tell us what they ordered based on the colour and we would give them to the dinner lady, then return back to them with their food. We were never given ANY time to eat our lunch due to the fact we were "working" all lunch time. We would be punished and humiliated by staff if we were to do something wrong or give the wrong plate to the wrong person and our break time would be taken away the next day. Looking back at this now, they were taking all the free time away from children at school.
There used to be fights between boys in the older years most days which would scare the younger years as they would allow everyone on the playground at the same time, making it very difficult for children lower down in the school to play with anything as older years would take over.
After being bullied for years and no improvement was done and no help to me or my mum was given, I ended up leaving the school. London Colney Primary School was meant to carry over any personal information about me over to my new primary school which they never did, when my mum asked about this, they claimed to have never been asked to do this and they did not have any papers or reminders about this.
In year 3, I was accused of being a "dirty liar" by a TEACHER since I was the only one that didn't cry when asked if I had said something about someone with a disability. I was forced by another student to take the blame for this and had my lunch and break time revoked. When I told my mum what actually happened, she informed the school, who then also told my mum that I was a liar. On top of that, they tried to convince my mum that I was not being bullied since I always looked happy at school.
I highly recommend not sending your children to this school as they have no sense of respect and courtesy towards your kids or yourself either. Me and my mum were spoken to incredibly rudely by the head teacher.
