Lyng Hall School

Overall, it's a good school with a friendly atmosphere, though a few areas could be managed better. The teachers are very nice, and the canteen offers a decent variety of good food options. The school rules are quite relaxed, but because of this, the teachers could stand to be a bit more firm with discipline. The biggest downsides are around the daily logistics. Lunchtimes can become incredibly hectic and manic, which is especially overwhelming for the new Year 7 students. Additionally, the toilet queues can get very long during peak times, which needs to be addressed.

Coming from a very bad experience school, Lyng Hall has provided my Daughter Amalya with the best educational experience she could ever ask for. She has been looked after educationally and emotionally. Respect and inclusivity at Long Hall are exceptional, teachers are world's first class, administration staff are very professional and leaders are approachable. I loved that the school involves parents and makes the collaboration very clear to students. Other schools in the region can learn too much from Lyng Hall.

The bullying you receive when joining this school is just out of order, you can try and talk to your PYC but they just ignore it and do nothing, I respect only those who I trust and you can't trust anyone in this school, ajd also how about you stop wasting the money on trips and giving stuff away and possibly invest into painting the railings/walls on the court yard!!

I love this school but I’d say it’s more of a sports school than an learning school

Absolutely Awful school and an unbelievable disgusting experience so far just in 2 weeks my child has been there. Head teachers wife works in the same school, she bullies and intimidates the students and yet when you make a complaint, it goes to the head teacher. Where is the logic in that..? Clearly there will be conflict of interest in resolving concerns. All the teachers gang up against a student once a teacher has a problem with that particular student, they do not care or support student when needed. I will be reporting to the educational board as I do not understand why husband and wife should be working in the same school. His wife has been on my son's case since day 1 and I was told the head teacher is the person to deal with my concern ? THAT IS HER HUSBAND..... Stupidity

I’m a Ghanaian and at first all of my friends were saying this was bad school but this school is not bad at all although there is some bad children overall it’s a nice school

This is an amazing school to let your child to go too it has a lot of grateful teachers and even though I live 14 minutes away I still let my child go!

Very awful school my son gos there and he is very upset I am in the works to move him into Caludon Castle School which is clearly better
