Marshalls Park Academy

Never ever rely on this school. Girls are bullied and abused. Even after complaining school authorities are not taking any action against it. This is not tolerated. A future star student is just suffering. I would not recommend anyone this school

My son wanted to go toilet he had a toilet pass on the system and they denied him

Lost my football in the school area in a bike shed and site team didn't even bother to check cameras that had full view of the bike shed.

What I see as a parent is a school failing essentially around kids mental health . Been ignored to have a meeting with the head time and time again around my daughters well being inside school . And to see two members if staff bullying my daughter while she having a anxiety attack. And to see how hostile one of teachers actually is. Many hours being spent waiting for staff to help my daughter in the office and no one comes due to lack of staff. Once I even found my daughter in the office crying shaking alone to be told she was not alone. Who was with her the invisible man She was very alone. And we was told to leave as she would help my daughter but she left after we was told to leave. I worked in a school setting not ever did I see a teacher become abusive to a parent not ever but have here. Lack of staff is a huge problem even other staff has said the same. I have requested a meeting time and time again and only get the year head but have asked to see Mr frost not her year head . As it has not got anywhere every single time . Wish I saw these reviews before my child went here . I went here as a child so sad so angry as it has become.

There is little to no help for children with mental educational needs . There also seems to be lack of staff also . I have also seen and engaged with very rude teachers with this school already . I know a parent then when they was told to leave when their daughter was having a panic attack staff told them it's OK they would look after. They didn't actually leave the dad went back and found his girl in bits alone . He said there are many issues and they feel that this school is failing their daughter. I have seen this myself around this family more than once I have seen that they do not have the staff to help and parents just go home with their child . But it's true what I see they don't actually care for the kids . Once I was standing there for 90 minutes waiting to see someone then I just gave up as it was urgent also . I also witnessed a teacher calling a parent a liar to her face. You don't say this to a parent ever . I also witnessed a teacher really shouting at another child again that child was in bits
