Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Watford

Had to pull out my child, nursery not very family oriented. The bridge between staff and parents is very bi. Offered 2 settling sessions (not on my child's day so wouldn't bond with children they would normally be around) luckily I wasn't worried about this with my child. 1st settling a grownup came tok my child fro.reception and said come on let's go see your room (didn't introduce herself just room child and went) when asked if I could go to room on next settling, was told next one I can go home.
so asked when am I going to see or be Introuduced to her teachers, keyperson. Was told when I came for pickup they will bring her down. I may of looked a bit strange as I was wondering when do I get to talk about child's interest, habits, tell them about child's rashes etc to which point owner said if you don't want to come to the next settling you dont need to. I was a bit taken aback and commented that the parent teacher partnership wasnt very good and no wonder I was able to get a place here within a day of handing In my form (waiting list everywhere In area) I was then told "take your child and don't come back" I asked if she was having a bad day as I wasn't having an argument or raising my voice I just asked a question. The whole time I was there she was doing training on her laptop and not paying attention to it.(on phone, leaving the area, speaking to staff while the training kept going on ( I recognised the training having done it myself))

Communication between manager and owner was very poor as got told conflicting things by each person.
