Owner is a thief. For 18 months now has been overcharging us. Admitted this and tried to give a partial refund when balance owed is over £800. Now refusing partial refund unless we throw workers under the bus. Very rude and inappropriate owner. She is a thief and manipulates her systems to suit her pockets. Also has illegally claimed 102 funded hours from Local Authorities. We supported her through multiple failings as she pleaded to us that bame backgrounds should stick together. She does this for her own gain. She’ll rob you regardless what colour or creed. Nursery almost entirely run by children who don’t have a clue. Multiple failures on multiple levels. Proven by high staff turn over. Most importantly check the OFSTED reports. Please parents be aware and save yourself.

No policy on personal belongings. My child’s things get lost and stolen all the time. Every time I go to pick my child up there is DRY SNOT on all the kids faces. So disgusting and unhygienic baring in mind, WE HAVE JUST COME OUT OF A PANDEMIC.
