Moor Park High School and Sixth Form

They care about the staff more then the kids. kids always bullying and it really isnt funny, saying people have nits and dandruff even though they dont and they smell. like what kind of bs is that

Overall a good school in terms of educating the kids, however I would not recommend this school as a place to work. There are some great members of teaching staff who work their socks off to help the kids achieve their grades, unfortunately this mainly goes unrecognised by senior management, unless you're a favourite or a friend. Surreptitious workplace bullying takes place but nothing is done about it; any attempt to raise a concern are completely disregarded. Unfortunately some members of senior staff need to move on; they simply don't care about the welfare of their staff, which is not conducive to a healthy workplace environment. Staff morale is low and the behaviour of the children is bad. It's a shame as the school has some fantastic teachers and great facilities. Money is just wasted on ridiculous murals and fancy seating, when it really should be spent on updating classrooms and repairing floors and cracks in walls. Too many obsequious people ingratiating themselves in order to impress senior management. This school really could be a happier place to work, if only they dealt with the real issues and listened to their staff.

just don’t go there. it’s the worst.
