The college is more obsessed with ticking boxes, following rules and being seen to be doing the right thing than actually teaching the students. The organisation is terrible along with communication, any issues that do arise are supposedly looked into and action promised but nothing gets done. It’s all surface shine. They pride themselves on being an inclusive and safe place to learn but these rule create almost a prison environment and when rules are broken punishment is not uniform with some students getting away with extreme actions and others getting harshly punished for minor rule breaks. There is also a clear “if your face fits” policy.
From my point of view the college suffers from an identity problem. It teaches everything from golf to motorsports, equine to basketball and this plethora of courses means”Jack of all trades, Master of none” is the best way to sum this place up.
