Not a good place to work
I used to work at New Birth and the management are very good with the parents and children. However, the stress on staff is too much to handle. This staff are over used and there is no care on staff well being. The management needs to understand without the staff there is no nursery so they need to work on care of their staff better. If the staff are sick they still need come in and work. Come on man. If your sick your sick. The boss thinks about business needs more than anything else. If her business needs are met she is happy and nothing can stand in her way.
