Nuffy Bear Day Nursery

Dear Parents! I would like to inform you that not everything is what it seems at the Nuffy Bear Day nursery in Surbiton. There are people in that nursery using unkind languages whilst talking to children or to other staff members. Some of them are not aware of the children's needs either. Some of them just sit around and don't care about the children's development or cleanliness or even engaging with the children, they just ‘chatting’ and ignoring the children around them. Respect for the exceptions, but there are not many! Some of the staff have no understanding how to safeguard children even with the qualifications. I wish this nursery has cameras and the parents can see it with their own eyes what’s going on! The nursery is dirty, neither the staff or the cleaners care about the environment. The toys are old and not hygienic for them to use! Most of the time the food is not eatable and even if it is the staff eat the most! There are so many things that isn’t right in that nursery, and everyone is aware of that, but they won’t let anyone to speak up or do something, because as soon as you say the truth they get rid of you!
Those, who actually cared about the children, got all the blame, been used, disrespected and unfairly dismissed from the company.
