I think they should employ some staff for safeguarding because the school has got enough money for safeguarding team at pembury site and tonbridge site.
Thankfully my friend is doing well in his job and hopefully if someone sees this they would employ more staff as staff is now going to schools near where they live because of the journeys and also employ some staff that knows what they’re doing/
Safeguarding is important because some parents can be cruel to their children also if this school doesn’t pull their socks up and employ some safeguarding officers Ofsted might ask them questions as well like” where’s your safeguarding officers why are they not protecting innocent children from harm?”
