Oakwood High School

This school is awful I had bullying so much whilst my time here at this school I reported and reported they did nothing and when I kicked off I ended up being on isolation for standing up for myself it also still happens to this day my mum took me out of school for this reason as the school dosnet know how to safeguard kids and they put my attendance down becuase of me being off they also lock the toilets and they have set times as to when you can use them you only get 5 min to use them and when in lesson they either open the transgender toilets or the one person disabled one this is ridiculous as kids have rights to go to the toilet I have been denied access to the toilet when I was on my period multiple times and leaked. Also the teachers don't know how to teach you good if you get put in bottom set for maths or English then you just gona fail as the teacher dosent put effort into teaching unless your a top pupil. Also i would say a number of teachers in the dt departmenthave also made me feel uncomfortable on multiple occasions. The canteen food is also vile if you buy a sandwich it's moldy bread so is the chicken iv had pink chicken on my wrap that I bought and threw it away.

My son has been bullied since he started this school. Racial attacks but because he’s white the school do nothing. Stabbed in the leg with metal by kids in class and still nothing gets done. Now they are blaming my son saying he asks 30-40 kids to abuse and assault him daily. DONT SEND KIDS HERE

I am absolutely disgusted by the way this school operates. As a devout follower of my religion, I came to this institution hoping for my kids to be able to practice my faith freely and openly. But no, the teachers here seem to have a vendetta against religion and won't let us pray or observe our religious practices. It's as if they want to stomp out any semblance of spirituality in their students. It's obvious that this school cares more about pushing a political agenda than respecting the beliefs and traditions of its students. I would never recommend this school to anyone who values their freedom of religion and doesn't want to be brainwashed into accepting "alternative lifestyles". Save your kids by not sending them to this poor excuse of a school.
